About JF Electrical & Testing Solutions LtdJF Electrical & Testing Solutions Ltd started in 2011, but has been in the planning for a least a year.
I am a qualified electrician who worked as an apprentice after leaving school back in 1989 for a moderate sized contractor in Sunningdale, Berkshire. My work with this company was a mix of electrical tasks shared between the domestic, commercial and some industrial sectors. I did not finish my apprenticeship with the company in Sunningdale because I moved to Chessington, Surrey where I mainly worked within London installing electrics in office tower blocks and grabbing some experiences in shop fitting electrics. I worked with this company for many years and as a sub-contractor later until they unfortunately folded. After this I moved back to my hometown in Bracknell, Berkshire and took a simple job to get back on my feet and get a roof over my head. Later I moved to Yateley, Hampshire where I met the lady who was to become my wife. I acquired an electrician’s job in and around the Aldershot military barracks working on maintenance tasks which I did for a year. Following on from this maintenance work role, an opportunity arose with a manufacturing giant within the household cleaning market which I was successful in getting a job with. I have worked in this job for the last 10 years and sadly they have announced closure and I finish with them in April 2012. I am using this chance to build my own company servicing the domestic and light commercial sectors of the industry. I am currently working evenings and weekends to build up my local presence and customer base. |
