You can expect a number of electrical safety tests & inspections to be carried out, these include both 'dead tests' and 'live tests' using the latest testing equipment which will reduce your down time or disruption.
An Electrical Installation Condition Report will be issued feeding back information on the general condition of the electrical installation. This gives details of observations as to the current installation condition and will list any recommendations for safety improvements.

YESIf you are a company you have a duty to regularly check the condition of you electrical installation as laid out under the following regulations.
Landlords are required to maintain the safety of circuits within in their properties and a good way of achieving this is to have a Electrical Installation Condition Report (Formally - Periodic Inspection Report) completed. |
